Nope I’m not running on streets untill I don’t look stupid lol. I’m gonna ‘take the dog for a walk’ and investigate a field off London road haha

Well you’ll be running on the streets when you run with me haha it doesnt look stupid it looks like you’re keeping fit and its other people who will feel stupid for not doing the same haha the hardest part is getting out the door then its fine haha but if you really bothered then rickerby park is ideal for running, theres a 5k run there every saturday which im gona do in a months time

I’ve never ran outside before in my life lol its understandable that for the first few weeks I’ll just run in a field. Considering the only running I have ever done is on a treadmill last summer in the gym and around my tiny flat in Liverpool. Once I get in the swing of things I’ll be fine :p

Yeah theres plenty of places to run that are quieter, even just the park, its kinda embarressing at first but the sooner you get out in front of people the sooner you’ll get confident and see improvement, thats when it becomes addictive, I’ve went from being able to run for 10 minutes two weeks ago to running 4k this week haha its awesome!

haha you have to! Theres no other way plus it makes you work harder you just ignore them you’re doing it for yourself if you want results you’ll have to run where ever you can! I ran to tescos last week haha
